We are pleased to officially invite you to our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held Saturday, March 8th, 2025. To be accessible to all members, Fierté Canada Pride will provide a hybrid AGM, with a meeting in person at the 2024 National Conference in Calgary, AB and via Zoom.

All virtual attendees for the AGM must register through the Zoom link below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom with information on how to join the meeting.

Voting remotely or in person will take place electronically using the ElectionRunner platform. (Paper ballots will be available for those attending in person who request them.)

Whether attending in person or virtually, Full Member organisations in Good Standing (2025 dues paid) must credential one (1) voting representative using the Voter Credentialing Form below.

Les votes virtuels ou en personne auront lieu électroniquement en utilisant la plateforme ElectionRunner. (Des bulletins de vote papier seront disponibles sur demande pour les personnes dans la salle.)

Qu'elles participent en personne ou virtuellement, les organisations membres à part entière en règle (cotisations 2025 payées) doivent accréditer un·e (1) représentant·e votant en utilisant le formulaire d'accréditation d’électeur·trice ci-dessous.
